In 1989, prior to his service at KW Commercial, Rich founded one of Southern California’s largest building service companies. The company, grown from the humble beginnings of Rich’s Honda Civic grew into a company known for its immensely progressive service standards and cutting edge technology. In 2005, with over 50 full time employees serving over 1,000 properties a month, Rich sold the company to a large apartment investment firm.
